first drawing is an idea for the police uniforms?? not sure if i’ll go with these tho. BUT its also a drawing of Saturday and her twin brother Sunday (womp womp) when they are still both officers, but as you know Saturday doesnt stay a cop for long heh

second drawing is showing that Sunday’s weakness is Louise, which gets taken advantage of easily for some effortless thefts. Louise has a little crush back, but she likes playing hard to get, gotta stay on your toes when you’re the best thief in space!

redrew a Saturday doodle that i made a bit ago, wanted to do a comparison. im not very happy with my progress at all, i think i could have improved more by this point (i suppose this is what i get by wasting my time doing these comparisons in the first place). but its also really strange to see the first drawing of Saturday ive ever done just about a year ago, ugh i cant believe i drew everything so skinny and stretched, yuck.

Saturday has gone through such a huge change, i feel like the feeling i wanted to give with the original concept isnt even there anymore :/

sometimes i feel like most of my characters are really plain looking and boring, but i am still kinda proud of my space thief designs even though they dont make any sense at all.

drawing challenge day 23!

wanted to do another comic page, and i tried some goofy comic book colors. This doesn’t even happen in Space Thieves but i thought it would be a fun page to draw!

also i feel a whole lot better about drawing today, i think the biggest benefit of the drawing challenge is not staying as hung up of stupid stuff as you would normally. on to tomorrow!

tried to draw something with emotion/ an extreme facial expression, as per suggestion. I like how the color turned out but dont care much the drawing itself haha
